Law Tyme, Inc. is owned and operated by a seasoned litigation specialist, Melissa A. Carver. Ms.Carver has worked in the legal field for many years at the capacity of a Litigation Secretary, Paralegal, Temporary Employee, Office Administrator and now owns and operates her third legal staffing firm. Ms. Carver and her staff are qualified to place qualified candidates with the employer in need.

We are here to take the stress away from you by advertising, reviewing hundreds of resumes, conducting initial interviews, performing reference checks, confirming work history, and conducting criminal background checks. In summary, we are “Pre-Qualifying Candidates” for you who will meet your job order requirements before sending them to you for an interview. We will not waste your time!

Law Tyme, Inc. offers a 90 day (3 month) guarantee for support staff and a 180 day (6 month) guarantee for our attorney placements. If the candidate does not work out for whatever reason, we will replace that candidate for the same position with no additional charge.

Fees range from 15%-20% of a one year salary. All fees are employer paid. The fee is due within 15 days from the date of the invoice (unless otherwise negotiated) or the contract is null and void. Thus, the 3 or 6 month guarantee is revoked and we will still be paid the fee.

In order for Law Tyme, Inc. to send candidate information to a client, an agreed upon
Fee Agreement must be signed by the authorizing agent of the firm (employer) prior to Law Tyme, Inc. starting their search.
